What to include
Enter your name and email below. In the Comment box, please include:
- The product URL (one link per item, if possible).
- Product name, version, colour or size, and quantity.
- Your Ontario delivery postal code.
- Any release date, condition or packaging requirements.
Please note: Do not enter payment-card information, passwords or a full street address in this form.
How it works
- Review: We check the item, availability, restrictions and estimated delivery costs.
- Quote: We email you a written quote. It will identify the item, quantity, expected timing and what the price includes; Ontario delivery will be shown separately if applicable.
- Payment: If you accept, we send a secure payment link. We place the purchase only after payment is confirmed.
- Updates: We update you as the order progresses. If the item becomes unavailable before we can purchase it, we will contact you and refund the affected item in full.
Prices and availability can change before payment is completed. Preorders may take several months, and release dates may move. We will confirm any material change before proceeding.
