Terms of service — Purplestar Anime

Purplestar Anime is an independent online anime collectibles retailer serving customers in Ontario, Canada. These terms apply to purchases made through this store. For questions, email purplestarmapper@gmail.com.

Product descriptions, prices, availability and release dates can change. We do not describe Japan-sourced products as Ontario warehouse stock unless a listing expressly says otherwise. Preorder release dates are estimates and may change. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund the affected item in full. We will not substitute a different item without your consent. If product or price information contains a clear error, we will contact you about the available options; any cancelled affected item will be refunded in full.

We deliver only to Ontario addresses. Local delivery charges are shown at checkout. Overall lead time may include supplier dispatch, international transport, customs processing, outer-box inspection and Ontario delivery. Any local-carrier delivery estimate begins only after handoff in Ontario. See our Shipping policy and Return and Refund policy for details. Customers must provide an accurate Ontario delivery address and contact information.

Product names, images and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, Purplestar Anime is not affiliated with the manufacturers or licensors shown on the site.

These terms are governed by applicable Ontario and Canadian law and do not limit any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
