Privacy summary
Purplestar Anime collects information reasonably needed to operate the store, including contact, order, delivery, payment-status, customer-service and fraud-prevention information. Shopify and the payment, analytics, communications and delivery providers used by the store may process information to provide their services.
We use personal information to process orders, source and deliver products, communicate about orders, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and—only with the required consent—send marketing. We do not sell personal information. Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for these purposes and legal or accounting obligations. Email purplestarmapper@gmail.com to ask about access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Marketing consent
Email marketing is optional and is not required to place an order. Every marketing email must include a working unsubscribe method; transactional order updates are separate.
Customer terms
- Product availability and release information may change.
- An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; if an item cannot be supplied, we will notify you and refund the affected item in full.
- We will not substitute a different item without your consent.
- Clearly erroneous pricing or descriptions may require correction or cancellation, with a full refund for any affected cancelled item.
- Customers must provide a valid Ontario delivery address and accurate contact information.
- Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Purplestar Anime is an independent retailer unless a relationship is expressly stated.
- These terms are governed by applicable Ontario and Canadian law and do not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived.
