Shipping policy

Purplestar Anime currently delivers only to Ontario addresses. The local delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Items are sourced from Japan and are not represented as Ontario warehouse stock unless expressly stated. The local carrier transit estimate begins only after the item reaches Ontario, clears customs, passes an outer-box inspection and is handed to the local carrier. It does not include supplier dispatch, preorder release, international transit or customs processing.

International routing depends on the retailer and parcel. Products with different release dates may be dispatched separately; any additional delivery charge will be disclosed before it is applied. Manufacturer release dates and all delivery estimates may change, including delays of several months for preorders. We will contact you about material delays or if an item cannot be supplied; an unavailable item will be refunded in full.
