Preorders
A preorder is for an upcoming product, not Ontario warehouse stock. Release dates come from the manufacturer or retailer and may move by several months. Payment is collected at checkout. If a release is cancelled or the item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund the affected item in full. For a cancellation request, email purplestarmapper@gmail.com with your order number. We will explain the options available for the order; statutory rights are not limited.
Change-of-mind returns
Email us within 14 days after delivery to request a voluntary return. The item must be unopened and unused, with factory seals and collectible packaging intact. Do not send an item until we confirm the return instructions and address by email. Customers pay tracked return postage for a voluntary change-of-mind return. We assess the item on receipt and explain the approved refund, including any original delivery charge that is not refundable for that voluntary return.
Incorrect, damaged or defective items
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the shipping carton, product box and issue; retain the packaging during review. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law and will not impose return shipping charges where the law requires us to bear them. This voluntary-return process does not limit statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; posting time depends on the payment provider.
