We currently deliver only to addresses in Ontario, Canada. Ontario delivery is charged separately at checkout.
Local delivery rates
- Standard: C$18.99 up to 2 kg; C$24.99 over 2 kg up to 5 kg; C$34.99 over 5 kg. Estimated local-carrier transit: 3–5 business days after handoff.
- Express: C$29.99 up to 2 kg; C$39.99 over 2 kg up to 5 kg; C$49.99 over 5 kg. Estimated local-carrier transit: 1–2 business days after handoff.
These local-carrier estimates begin only after the product arrives in Ontario, clears customs, passes outer-box inspection and is handed to the carrier. They do not include retailer dispatch, preorder release, international transport or customs processing.
Japan sourcing and delivery timing
Items are sourced from Japan and are not represented as Ontario warehouse stock. Availability, manufacturer release dates, international transport and customs processing can affect delivery. International routing may vary by retailer and parcel conditions. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund the affected item in full.
Products with different release dates may ship separately. Any additional delivery charge will be disclosed before it is applied. Manufacturer release dates and all delivery estimates may change.
